Description
Experience a guided Pinnacles Day Tour, where you can discover the breathtaking natural beauty of the West Coast. Immerse yourself in the tranquil wilderness of the Pinnacles and observe native wildlife amidst a scenic backdrop of twinkling twilight.
Escape the hustle and bustle of city life for a day and explore some of Western Australia’s most spectacular natural wonders.
After 1.5 hours from Perth, we stop at Lancelin’s lookout. It has the largest network of dunes in Western Australia. The snow-white dunes contrast with the turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean. Shake the sand out of your shoes before going to Nilgen Nature Reserve. In this region, there is a variety of flora and fauna. Wildflowers like banksias, bottlebrushes, heath, grass trees, and kangaroo paws will be seen. If the flowers are not in bloom, we can visit Hangover Bay. You can enjoy the clear waters and maybe see dolphins and sea lions there.
Visitors can journey to Nambung National Park to witness the unique Pinnacles desert at sunset. The Pinnacles, comprised of shells that date back millions of years, were formed when the land was underwater. Exploring the area at dusk is recommended to avoid crowds and experience the eerie sight of limestone pillars rising from the desert. Observing the changing colours of the rocks creates a lunar-like atmosphere.
Guests are invited for a picnic dinner with a glass of local wine, where they can enjoy a light show of natural wonder beneath the sky. As the night falls, they can marvel at the beauty of the stars and planets above while listening and learning about ancient Aboriginal Dreamtime stories.
